Appointments
We practice Telemedicine by phone or virtual appointments. To make an appointment, please use the appointment scheduler on this site or contact our office directly at (940) 999-6868. All office visits are to be prepaid. Our regular office hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM- 5 PM. We are closed Friday thru Monday.
Financial
Our office is not a participating provider for ANY insurance, managed care plans or third-party payers. We will only accept you as a "self-pay" member of our private member associations. Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards for payment as services are rendered.
Cancellation
Once your appointment is scheduled and prepaid, there is no refund for a missed appointment with less than 48 hours notice as the full time has been set aside for you specifically. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
