To make an appointment, please contact our office directly at (940) 999-6868. A member of our staff will be able to make an appointment that fits your schedule. Our regular office hours are Monday 9 AM- 12 PM, and Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM- 6 PM. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Our office is not a participating provider for ANY insurance, managed care plans or third party payers. We will only accept you as a "self pay" member of our two private member associations. They are Turtle Island Grand Priory and Preferred Treatment Group Association. Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards for payment as services are rendered.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee of $50 may be charged if you do not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
